1. Who we are

Madia is a curator of authentic Italian experiences, operated by Madia, sole proprietorship, VAT no. 02809420066, registered office at Viale Rimembranza 6, 15061 Arquata Scrivia (AL), Italy (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). Madia sells the experiences on this website directly and is responsible for collecting payment and for the commercial relationship with you. When you book an experience through this website, your contract is with Madia — not with the individual partners.

2. Direct sale

Madia sells the experiences listed on this website directly and is the seller of record. Payment is collected by Madia, Madia issues the invoice, and the commercial contract is between you and Madia. We do not act as an intermediary or agent between you and the partners, and the contract for each experience is not between you and the partner.

The experiences are organised and delivered by partners selected by Madia, who guarantees their quality. The involvement of these partners in delivering an experience does not change the fact that you are buying directly from Madia.

3. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full and we have issued a written confirmation. Until then, availability is not guaranteed.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation conditions vary by experience and are displayed at the time of booking. Where not otherwise stated, free cancellation is offered up to 7 days before the experience.

5. Liability

Outdoor and food-related activities carry inherent risks. You are expected to behave responsibly and follow the instructions of our partners and guides. Madia is responsible for the quality and safety standards of the partners it selects, within the limits permitted by applicable Italian law.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be referred to the courts having jurisdiction over the place where the Company has its registered office.
